Bushehr province with an area of about 23 thousand 167 square kilometers and having 937 kilometers of coastline with the Persian Gulf has many small and large ports, the most important and largest of which in the field of transporting commercial goods is Bushehr port, which can accept 8 million tons of goods. and has the ability to provide services such as bulk, container, general, petroleum products, storage and processing of goods, refrigerated and passenger products. Negin port complex with an area of 70 hectares (expandable up to 443 hectares) is part of the special economic zone of Bushehr port. Currently, Bushehr port is in the process of preparing the infrastructure of the mentioned complex in order to create dedicated container and oil terminals. The water depth in the outer anchorage of this port is 15 meters, which is connected to the inner anchorage through the outer channel, which is 9,200 meters long, and from the inner anchorage, through the inner channel, which is 140 meters wide, 10.3 meters deep, and 3,900 meters long, to Khor Soltani and the pier. Bushehr port and from there it leads to Powder Creek.
